2012 Veteran's Game Tomorrow
Jun 16, 2012, 1:12 pm

The annual TSSL Veterans Game will be held tomorrow at 10 a.m. on field 9. Captaining the two squads will be Larry Silverman, manager of the defending champion Rangers and John Unell, manager of last years runner-up Knights and this years Threshers. This is almost certain to be a barn burner, so come out and support our managers.

Game of The Week (June 24)- Bee's vs Giants
Jun 15, 2012, 9:19 am

The first ever "Flex" game of the week will pair two teams battling for playoff positioning in Division 2. Fein's Bees are currently ties for 2nd place with the Giants hanging just one game back. This should be a tightly contested game unlike the 17-2 route the Giants gave Fein's squad on April 29. Here are some quotes from the managers of both sides.

John Hauf- Giants manager

"My Giants are currently sitting in the 4th playoff spot with a bunch of teams trying to overtake us. This GOW against the Bees is essentially a playoff game. The winner of this game will be in great shape heading into the final weekend of the season and the loser will be fighting for their playoff life. The mini's are a hard route to take to a Championship."

Scott Fein- Bee's Manager

"The Bees are gearing up for our playoff run. The Giants are nipping at our heels, just one game back in the loss column. We are looking to avenge our recent loss
to them in this first ever flex game."

This one should be a great one! Good luck to both managers!
